It\u2019s her first public commission in the United States. \u00a0<\/span>Italian artist Tatiana Trouv\u00e9 was inspired by the miles of pedestrian paths running across Central Park.\u00a0<\/span>She mesured 212 walks and created three large-scale storage racks to house spools of ropes, each the length of a different path.\u00a0<\/span>Their names are drawn from cultural and historic events related to walking.<\/span><\/p>\n
