Since 1974 and every year at the end of October, the Foire International d\u2019Art Contemporain (FIAC) hosts art professionals, collectors, artists and amateurs of contemporary creation at the Grand Palais in Paris. Since 2006, the FIAC also offers to the public a program entitled hors les murs <\/i>(\u00ab\u00a0outside the walls\u00a0\u00bb in French). This year, this exterior exhibition is set in the Tuileries Garden, on Place Vend\u00f4me and at the\u00a0Mus\u00e9e national Eug\u00e8ne Delacroix.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the heart of the Tuileries Garden, twenty or so artistic projects, sculptures and installations, join works by Maillol, Bourgeois and Penone, which have been installed in the garden for a few years already<\/a><\/span>. <\/span>After Dan Graham\u2019s pavilions in 2015, a series of monumental works by Swiss artist Ugo Rondinone is being displayed Place Vend\u00f4me: five white aluminum olive trees and five men carved in sandstone. The\u00a0Mus\u00e9e national Eug\u00e8ne Delacroix (located in the 6th arrondissement) offers two works by French artist St\u00e9phane Thidet: Une Histoire vraie<\/i> (2016), a five meter long neon light installed in the garden, and, for the first time in France, the sound and light artwork From Walden to Space, Chapter II: the hut<\/i> (2015), located in what used to be Delacroix\u2019s studio.<\/span><\/p>\n
