Céline Flécheux

Céline Flécheux is lecturer in aesthetics at the Université Paris Diderot, within the department of Literature Art Cinema. She is the author of L’horizon, des traits de perspective au Land Art (PUR, 2009) and of L’Horizon (Klincksieck, 2014). She regularly works in collaboration with exhibition catalogues (J’aime les panoramas, MUCEM, 2015) and monographs on contemporary art (Nancy Rubins Work, Steidl, 2013; Abraham Poincheval, L’épaisseur de la montage, 2013, éd. P).
She co-directs the collection Les Contemporains with Magali Nachtergael at Manucius and at Editions P where she recently published Chris Burden’s Coyote Stories.
Robert Smithson book, which she coordinated along with Jean-Pierre Criqui (Robert Smithson. Entropie et mémoire), was released by Presses du réel in 2017.
